Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, metaverse) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-tech implementation
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Strong background in product lifecycle management
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and strategic planning methodologies
- Experience with venture capital or startup ecosystems
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred
