Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap prioritizing AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech implementation
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging technologies including neuromorphic computing and decentralized systems
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Architect scalable solutions addressing future challenges in cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical AI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor technical teams and foster innovation through hackathons and research partnerships
- Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships with leading tech innovators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong background in AI/ML, quantum computing principles, or green tech
- C-level or VP-level experience in tech-driven organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry conferences
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory frameworks
