Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in quantum/AI/sustainability tech commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curve modeling
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (ITU, WEF, UN SDGs)
