- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy encompassing AI, IoT, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario planning for global tech disruption and regulatory changes
- Identify emerging tech startups and acquisition targets with 2026 market potential
- Present quarterly strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term tech adoption and ROI
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proofing architecture and protocols
- Represent company at global tech foresight summits and industry panels
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in futures forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on 2020s technology trends (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Methodology)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and AI ethics frameworks
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year lifecycles
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
