Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and post-quantum cryptography
- Design scalable frameworks for AR/VR metaverse integration and digital twin ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation blueprints to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Monitor global regulatory shifts impacting 2026 technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with exposure to emerging tech
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized tech, or AR/VR
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or speaking engagements at major tech conferences (AWS re:Invent, CES, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams with $5M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and zero-trust architectures
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
