Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics research initiatives with MIT partnership
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech adoption methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis in AR/VR and biotech convergence spaces
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in C-suite advisory roles
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI and biotech (FDA/ISO)
- Proven track record scaling SaaS platforms to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum computing architecture
