- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions for quantum computing research
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on future tech ROI scenarios
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with future-tech focus
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS/FTF)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Python and quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
