Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year tech roadmaps for enterprise clients in emerging sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential post-2025
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term tech adoption and impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions across enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
