Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor partnerships and R&D collaborations in emerging tech ecosystems
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
