Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market forecasts and organizational objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech insights into corporate vision and roadmaps
- Analyze global tech trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory impacts to inform strategic decisions
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from concept to pilot implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights and compelling narratives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Strategy; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning, futures methodologies, and trend forecasting
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated success in presenting to C-level audiences
- Certifications in strategic innovation (e.g., Stanford d.school, IDEO U) highly valued
