Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-7 year impact
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging tech innovations
- Author strategic whitepapers on AI ethics and sustainable tech development
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior researchers in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neuromorphic)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Fluency in futures research frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network with global tech research institutions
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or top-tier conferences
- Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow for prototyping concepts
