Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate tech and biotech
- Forecast emerging tech trends through data-driven market analysis and patent research
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global R&D institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech methodologies and ethical frameworks
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and applications
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals (highly preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal grants (NSF, DARPA) and venture capital
- Strong background in sustainable tech and ESG frameworks
