Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business goals
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Partner with product teams to conceptualize next-gen solutions with 5+ year impact
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption
- Manage stakeholder relationships across C-suite, investors, and industry partners
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and talent development
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD preferred)
- Experience with corporate venture capital and startup ecosystem engagement
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
