Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling AI-driven solutions
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from federal and private sector partners
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor quantum computing, bio-digital convergence, and spatial computing trends
- Drive patent portfolio expansion with 15+ annual IP filings
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven success securing $1M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Expertise in at least 2 of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- PMP or TOGAF certification preferred
