Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrable impact on emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record of scaling from R&D to commercial deployment
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
