Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech) for competitive advantage opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- 7+ years experience in tech strategy, corporate innovation, or venture capital
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or ventures
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and future-casting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
