Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in quantum algorithms or sustainable AI
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Strong network with DARPA, NASA, and IEEE leadership
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing SBIR grants and DoD contracts
