Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026 product roadmap and beyond
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT) and assess market viability
- Develop cross-functional implementation frameworks for innovation pilots
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation task force
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech-driven products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) or emerging tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
