Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling AI/quantum computing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) into products
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
