Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key emerging trends (AI, AR/VR, Quantum) and integrating them into our product ecosystem.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of senior engineers and architects to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, overseeing R&D initiatives that push the boundaries of current capabilities.
- Technical Vision: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures that ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product management and executive leadership to align technology strategy with business goals and market opportunities.
- Future-Proofing: Assess risks and opportunities related to evolving regulations and technological shifts to keep the organization competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate abstract future trends into actionable engineering strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, high-stakes problems in fast-paced environments.
