Responsibilities

- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI and automation.

- Research and prototype next-generation technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge Computing, Quantum Interfaces).
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Strong understanding of system design principles and scalability patterns.
