- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate long-term technology trends into concrete 12-18 month engineering roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product leads to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current production pipelines.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous ethical frameworks and security protocols for autonomous AI agents.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or Quantum Computing research.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to predict and implement emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Edge Computing).
- Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
