Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for next-generation AI and automation technologies.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-concurrency workloads.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and AI researchers.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Conduct deep research into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure code quality, system security, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Present technical findings and prototypes to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
