Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning product goals with emerging tech trends.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, decentralized infrastructure and AI-driven systems that ensure security and performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, and product managers.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into quantum encryption and edge computing protocols.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Web3 Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, Smart Contracts (Solidity/Rust), and distributed ledger technologies.
- AI Integration: Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines into core products.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and innovate under pressure.
