- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and designers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Present quarterly technology briefings to stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Oversee the implementation of futuristic security frameworks and privacy protocols
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record in scaling tech teams and launching innovative products
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech integration
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Technology Management (STM) or equivalent
