Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product line, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of high-performance, cloud-native architectures capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Pioneer Emerging Tech: Evaluate and integrate breakthrough technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Quantum Readiness) into our existing stack.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, guiding junior engineers and senior architects alike toward excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong command of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Proven track record of integrating Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive projects from conception to completion.
