Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, integrating Generative AI and Blockchain protocols into core products.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems that support millions of concurrent users in a decentralized environment.
- Lead a team of top-tier engineers in developing next-gen user experiences featuring hyper-personalization via machine learning.
- Collaborate with product strategists to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, deployable code.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance across all AI-driven and Web3 platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the convergence of Quantum Computing and AI.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML models (TensorFlow, PyTorch) into production environments.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and Web3 architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in building or managing systems for large-scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
