Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks for 2026 digital infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Design scalable solutions for edge computing in distributed IoT ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Prototype and validate sustainable tech solutions for carbon-negative operations
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI in dynamic markets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D with proven track record in emerging tech implementation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Experience leading projects with $5M+ budgets and cross-continental teams
