- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven portfolio of commercialized products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, spatial computing)
- MBA or equivalent strategic certification from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to market
- Strong understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
