Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap spanning AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and strategists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Identify and mitigate emerging technology risks while capitalizing on disruptive market opportunities
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling ROI projections and stakeholder presentations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with proven track record of scaling disruptive products
- Expertise in emerging tech stack: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Executive experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., TRIZ, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of commercialized innovations generating $50M+ in revenue
