You'll lead cross-functional teams to develop next-gen platforms while maintaining alignment with our mission to accelerate human progress through innovation.
What you'll achieve: Shape product roadmaps for quantum-integrated systems, oversee R&D in AI-human collaboration frameworks, and drive commercialization of frontier technologies. You'll report directly to our Chief Technology Officer and influence our $50M innovation portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and domain experts in rapid prototyping cycles
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercial potential within 5-year horizons
- Develop patent strategies and protect intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven track record of launching commercialized emerging tech solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or sustainable energy systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with published research
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Strong background in agile methodologies for hardware-software integration
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in future-tech ecosystem dynamics and regulatory landscapes
