- Innovation Management: Spearhead R&D projects focused on next-gen software development, AI integration, and sustainable tech practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of senior engineers and data scientists to push the boundaries of what is possible.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and stakeholders to translate complex 2026 vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Evaluation: Assess and select the best emerging tools and platforms to ensure our infrastructure remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or principal engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, or Python).
- Futuristic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex technical transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
