Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design for scalable, high-performance systems integrating Generative AI and Machine Learning.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential impact on our infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into technical strategies.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and sustainability standards are met in all architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and distributed systems.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and AI integration patterns.
