Responsibilities
- Architect and define the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core enterprise workflows.
- Design scalable infrastructure for Spatial Computing and immersive web environments.
- Ensure data sovereignty and sustainability through the implementation of Green Computing practices.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to determine their viability for 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Strong knowledge of Web3 and decentralized ledger technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams through digital transformation.
