Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with 2026 industry trends, focusing on AI, Blockchain, and Quantum computing integration.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable architectures that leverage next-gen technologies to solve complex business challenges.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives to pilot emerging technologies before they become mainstream.
- Ethical Implementation: Establish frameworks for responsible AI and data governance to ensure compliance and ethical standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, React, Node.js, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and quantum computing principles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex systems and innovate under pressure.
