You will work closely with C-level executives to identify emerging technologiesâsuch as advanced AI, quantum readiness, and next-gen neural interfacesâand integrate them into our core product ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with the executive board to identify emerging tech trends and define a scalable, forward-looking technology strategy for the next 3-5 years.
- Lead High-Impact Engineering Projects: Spearhead the development and integration of cutting-edge systems, ensuring they align with our long-term architectural vision.
- Foster a Culture of Innovation: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, encouraging experimental thinking and rapid prototyping of future technologies.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling the demands of next-generation applications and data loads.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-forward implementations adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and high-performance computing.
- Future-Tech Knowledge: Proven experience or strong interest in AI/ML integration, blockchain, or quantum computing concepts.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical vision from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
