Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and technical roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable backend systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time processing for next-gen applications.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive technologies and integrate them into our product pipeline.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for futuristic tech stacks to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and distributed systems. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Architecture Search.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business goals into technical roadmaps with a focus on long-term growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
