- Innovation Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and prototype solutions to validate their potential impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical plans.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technology strategy roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Insight: Proven track record of building long-term technical roadmaps and delivering complex projects on time.
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, natural language processing, and generative AI models.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making across the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
