Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically targeting the technological milestones of 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct feasibility studies for advanced AI models, quantum algorithms, and edge computing solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate 2026 visions into actionable engineering tasks.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with cutting-edge innovations and rapid prototyping.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts and strategic visions to executive stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, Web3 architecture, and fundamental principles of quantum computing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and driving technological innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Agility: Experience working in agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
