Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen solutions integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate into actionable strategies
- Drive innovation through R&D partnerships with academic institutions
- Ensure scalability and ethical implementation of advanced systems

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling systems for exponential growth
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Published research or patents in future-facing tech domains
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in agile environments
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
