Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of a long-term technology strategy aligned with the company's vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems that can handle exponential growth and data loads.
- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning models into core business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements for future-proof data protection.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Proficiency: Proven experience with AI/ML integration and a strong understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing basics, Edge Computing).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute on long-term technical visions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
