Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data by 2026.
- Lead the integration of Quantum Computing algorithms with classical Machine Learning models to solve complex optimization problems.
- Drive the technical roadmap for our Green-Tech initiatives, ensuring our data centers and AI models meet Net-Zero emission targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, data scientists, and hardware engineers to define system requirements.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system security and performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience strongly preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong willingness to rapidly master them.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
