Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for the 2026 era, integrating AI, Quantum computing, and Cloud-native architectures.
- System Architecture: Design high-level system architecture that supports scalable growth and seamless interoperability across all platforms.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives to identify and prototype breakthrough technologies before they become market standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to translate visionary concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Future-Proofing: Assess emerging risks and technological shifts (e.g., AGI, decentralized networks) to ensure our infrastructure remains robust and future-ready.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, machine learning pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying long-term tech trends and successfully implementing them.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with innovative solutions.
