Responsibilities

- Quantum-Ready Integration: Oversee the integration of emerging quantum computing protocols into existing cloud workflows.
- AI-Driven Optimization: Leverage machine learning models to predict system bottlenecks and automate resource allocation.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into actionable technical milestones for the upcoming year.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with data scientists and security experts to ensure holistic system health.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype experimental technologies and evaluate their feasibility for production deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, MLOps, and AI ethics.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
