- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive technical strategies aligned with the 2026 product vision.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Build resilient cloud-native architectures capable of scaling exponentially to meet future demands.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Integrate emerging AI models and quantum computing protocols into existing legacy systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for C-level executives and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data against evolving cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-growth tech environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure, and microservices architecture.
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
