Responsibilities

- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Research and prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces using neural interfaces and AR/VR
- Develop resilience blueprints for climate-adaptive smart cities
- Collaborate with policy think tanks to shape regulatory frameworks for future technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future systems

- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proven track record of building mission-critical systems at scale
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong portfolio showcasing speculative technology implementations
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Haskell preferred)
