Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the 2026 Strategic Vision, aligning business objectives with emerging global trends.
Conduct deep-dive research on disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Energy) to identify high-value opportunities.
Cross-functional collaboration to integrate 2026 strategic goals into product development, marketing, and operations cycles.
Act as a thought leader, presenting quarterly roadmaps to the executive board and C-suite stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and competitive threats related to the evolving technological landscape.
Drive organizational change management to ensure agility and adaptability for the future.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or innovation consulting.
Proven track record of defining and executing long-term strategic roadmaps.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
Experience working in the Technology sector is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentation.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field is a plus.
