Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap with a focus on the 2026 milestone.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead innovation labs and pilot programs to test new technologies and business models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology, product, and go-to-market strategies.
- Predict industry shifts and prepare the organization for future market volatility.
- Present strategic proposals to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or innovation management.
