Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-level system architecture for complex, scalable web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 technology roadmaps.
- R&D Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing, Quantum-ready protocols) to drive product innovation and competitive advantage.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to ensure code quality, security, and maintainability across the engineering team.
- System Scalability: Proactively identify bottlenecks and performance issues, implementing solutions that ensure 99.99% uptime and seamless scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the strategic migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments, minimizing downtime and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Senior Architect or Lead Engineer role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and adapt architectural strategies to changing market conditions.
