Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI models and quantum computing architectures optimized for 2026 infrastructure standards.
- Hybrid Solutions: Develop and integrate hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex computational problems.
- Research & Development: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing, synthetic data, and advanced machine learning techniques.
- System Optimization: Ensure the efficiency, security, and scalability of our distributed systems and large language models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentorship: Establish best practices for AI engineering and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with exposure to quantum computing or advanced system architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural network architectures, optimization techniques, and distributed systems theory.
- Tools: Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and version control (Git).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of leading technical projects from concept through to deployment in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Strong ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to rapidly evolving technology stacks.
